Our strategy is to coordinate and advance concentrating solar technology research by focussing on the next generation of technologies; provide information and recommendations to policy makers; organize international conferences, workshops, reports and task meetings in order to facilitate technology development and market deployment; provide opportunities for joint projects in order to encourage energy partnerships between countries; develop guidelines and support standards in order to increase the transparency of the market and reduce risks associated with project development; manage the undertaking of independent studies of strategic interest; leverage our activities with other IEA implementing agreements and renewable energy organizations.
